Crawlspaces

Many of our residential mold remediation projects are performed in crawlspaces. Most of the time mold growth in crawlspaces is a result of high humidity and the lack of moisture protection.

As we worked more and more in crawlspaces Remco Solutions wanted to provide our customers with a solution to prevent the reoccurrence of mold growth after the remediation project was complete. The most effective way of doing this is to encapsulate the crawlspace with plastic and install a permanent dehumidification system. Remco Solutions does not use an average plastic. We install a 20 mil, cross stitched plastic that comes with a 25 year warranty. Additionally, our dehumidification systems are state of the art and we provide many different models for our customers to choose.

Remco’s moisture protection services are just another example of how we live to be as accountable as possible to our clients. It is one thing to perform mold remediation but we take it to the next level in being sure the mold does not reoccur.
