The REMCO Team

Lifetime resident of Georgia, Kyle currently lives in Jasper. Kyle currently serves as a Field Service Technician with the Remco Team. Kyle spends his free time hunting, fishing, and playing golf. Kyle has a beautiful little girl named Hensley. When asked about being a part of the Remco team, Kyle says he loves the work we do and it is great to be a part of such a close team.

Originally from Alabama, Neal currently lives in Dawsonville. Neal loves sharing the message of God, anything on the water and outdoor activities. Neal says he loves being part of team that makes a positive difference in the lives of people that we serve.

Jeremy is a life long resident of Cherokee County Georgia.  Jeremy and his girlfriend are expecting their first baby in the spring of 2012.  Jeremy's hobbies outside of work include fishing, hunting, bowling and loud music!  Jeremy loves the restoration industry because each property loss is so different and presents him with new challenges.  He loves how being a part of the Remco team challenges you to clear your mind and try new ideas on a daily basis.

Rafael is originally from the Island of Puerto Rico.  He is married to his high school sweet heart Michelle. Together they have 2 beautiful daughters, Paulina and Mariana.  Outside of work, Rafael loves spending time with his family, playing golf, motorcycles, and cooking. Rafael loves being part of the Remco team because it is so gratifying to help people during a difficult time and provide them with peace of mind. 

Jarrett and his wife of 3 years are life long residents of Cherokee County Georgia.  Together they have two children, Landon and Brylee.  Outside of work Jarrett is a musician and has been playing both professionally and semi-professionally for 15 years.  Also he enjoys electronics and hunting.  Jarrett loves being a part of the restoration industry because he gets to help people during a very difficult time.  Plus, he loves to demo things!

Amy serves as our Customer Service Specialist.  As the CSS, Amy is responsible for taking in new jobs, dispatching our field staff, and monitoring our customer service procedures.  Outside of work, Amy provides a foster home for cats and works as a volunteer for the Cherokee Humane Society. Amy and her husband Ed, have been married for 22 years.  They are the proud parents of two sons, Nick and Cameron. Amy loves being a part of the Remco team.  When asked why she loves our industry Amy stated, "It's a really good feeling to be able to help someone when they have just suffered a terrible loss".

Charlee serves as our Marketing Representative. She has almost 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She is proud to be part of a team whose ultimate goals are serving and helping others in their time of need.

Charlee has lived in Georgia for 24 years and has been a resident of Cherokee County since 2000. She enjoys planning weddings (or any other type event!), photography, music, reading and most of all, her family and friends. She is also part of the mission team at her church and has traveled to Phnom Penh, Cambodia as part of the Operation Mobilization/Project Freedom team.

Crystal serves as our office manager and she is taking our administration department to a whole new level. Crystal currently lives in Cherokee County and is married to her wonderful husband, James Butler. Together they have two sons. Crystal's hobbies include teaching Sunday school, scrap-booking, cooking, and being on the lake. Crystal says being a part of a team that serves a greater good is where her heart and passion is. Crystal brings 14 years administration experience to the Remco team and she will be completing her Bachelor degree in Accounting during the Spring of 2011.

Waylon is the founder and president of Remco Solutions. He is responsible for the long term strategy of Remco Solutions and serves as the Operations Manager . Waylon started Remco Solutions with a dream of "making a positive impact on every person we do business with".
